Cut equal parts Broccoli, Carrots and Cauliflower into bite size pieces. Coat well with coconut oil. Add Black Pepper and Sea Salt to taste. Place in appropriate sized casserole dish. Add a few tablespoons of water - just enough to cover bottom of casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for an additional 20 minutes or until water has evaporated and vegetables are slightly browned.
