4 Ounces Dark Chocolate, Melted and Cooled
3 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
3/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup plus 2 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Instant Coffee
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium sized bowl, mix together the melted chocolate, eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup.
Slowly sift in the cocoa powder and coffee.
If using, add chocolate chips and/or walnuts.
Pour brownie batter into 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
