1 Head Cauliflower

1 TBSP Coconut Oil

Seasoning of Your Choice:

Sea Salt & Black Pepper

Lime Juice & Cilantro

Coconut Aminos

Cauli-Rice 1

Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces.

Shred with coarse grater or manual food processor.

Melt coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Add cauliflower and saute 5 to 10 minutes until desired tenderness.  Add your choice of seasoning.
