2 Cups Ground Almonds

1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed

1 TSP Baking Powder

1 TSP Baking Soda

1 TSP Cinnamon

1 TSP Nutmeg

1/2 TSP Fine Sea Salt

3 Ripe Bananas

2 Large Eggs

1 TSP Vanilla

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Muffins 1

Combine dry ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl.

In a smaller mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.  Add eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.  Mix well and add banana mixture to almond meal mixture.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Fold in almonds and spoon batter into muffin cups.

Bake for 45 minutes.
